Our support contracts

1.HR Support retained annual hours

Each client buys an agreed number of support hours for the year which provides advice, guidance and /or development on any HR and many employment law issues. At mid to three quarter point in the year a review is undertaken and clients are encouraged to “convert” unused hours into other training/development/projects to ensure best value of service. If the year has been busier than expected then “top up” hours can be purchased (at a preferential rate) to meet any additional, unexpected need.

2.HR Support ad-hoc

Provided when required and fitted into the diary around retained clients. Ad hoc support rates are not as competitive as retained but have the advantage of solving “red hot” issues as and when they occur and fees are therefore only incurred when absolutely necessary!

3.HR & Legal Support retained annual hours

A linked retained annual hours service with a robust and competent Employment Law firm where more complex issues, employment tribunals and compromise agreements can be dealt with by a team of very successful employment solicitors.

4.Interim HR Support

Stand in or occasional HR support on a few days per month for small/medium businesses which need part-time or interim HR or just an injection every now and again to introduce tough new measures or update practices and policies in line with legislation.
