Strategic HR Support Ltd provides HR and Employment Law advice and guidance to employers with people issues. We provide solutions to a range of questions from setting vision and direction (involving sweeping management change) to resolving difficult problem employees and helping local managers with practical advice and (if required) hands-on help. We have a link with a highly respected Employment Law firm who deal with ET advocacy and compromise agreements. The HR & Legal service therefore provides strong HR pragmatism with detailed legal specialism.

 

 

With a range of services from retained hours HR (including employment law) Support to Interim/Project HR management we can augment your resources to keep your costs and your liabilities low.

 

 

We believe in direct, transparent and honest relationships. We want our clients to feel that their investment has provided excellent value, which is why we review each retained client mid way through the year to convert unused hours into training/ development/ project work. If you save some time for an issue that does not occur, then we can rollover some time into next year providing you require a continuation of service. We do not penalise you with long notice periods nor do we lock you into an excessively lengthy contract.
